Suz's Super Smoothie
After my cup of coffee, this is my morning pick me up!
1/2 cup yogurt or cottage cheese(you won't taste the cottage cheese after it is blended)
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon safflower oil
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 scoop protein powder(I like choc, but vanilla or plain would work)
Mix all together in a blender until smooth.
