Speedy Breakfast Sammies

4 multigrain English muffins, split
4 eggs
4 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
Ground pepper
4 Tbsp shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 Slices deli ham

1. Toast English muffins until crispy. Break an egg into each of 4 (3 inch) ramekins
coated with cooking spray. Add 1 Tbsp milk, 1/8 tsp salt and a bit of pepper to each.
     Beat with a fork until blended.
     Microwave on High, two bowls at a time, until eggs are set 1-2 minutes.
 2. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp cheese on top of each, cover with a plate until muffins are done.
 3. Place a slick of ham on each muffin bottom. Slide cooked egg on top of ham slice.
 4. Top with muffin top.
