3 Ingredient Cookies
(no added sugar or fat and gluten-free)
(I have not actually tried this recipe, but it looks good on paper. Let me know
what you think when you try it!)
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
In food processor, pulse 1 cup old-fashioned oats until coarsely ground.
In medium bowl, mash 2 bananas (to make one cup mashed).
Mix in oats and your choice of raisins, cinnamon, choc. chips, chopped nuts,
dried cranberries,coconut, mini m/ms. etc.
Drop by heaping spoonful onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and
press down slightly.
Bake about 15 minutes until lightly browned.
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
