Tunnel of Fudge Cake

An oldie but goodie, was one of my favorite Birthday Cakes growing up.
(This is a very old recipe. The frosting mix is no longer available.)
1 1/2 cups butter
6 eggs (yes, 6)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour(Regular or self rising)
1 Package Two Layer Size Pillsbury Double Dutch Fudge Buttercream Frosting Mix
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 Bundt Cake Pan
Oven 350 degree oven
1.Cream Butter in large mixer at high speed.
2.Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
3.Gradually add sugar.
5.Continue creaming at high speed until light and fluffy.
6.By hand, stir in flour, frosting mix and walnuts until well blended.
7.Pour into greased bundt pan.
8.Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes.
Note: Nuts and Double Dutch Frosting Mix are essential to success of this unusual recipe.
Since cake has a soft fudgy interior,
test for doneness after 60 minutes by observing dry, shiny brownie-type crust.
