After contacting three companies about quality control issues,
I can report that I have had success getting replacements from all.
When I speak with a rep, I first compliment the product,
and explain that I understand there can be problems in the manufacturing process.
I then explain that I would continue to purchase their product,
I just would like a replacement so my set is complete.
Websites and packaging are great resources for contact information.
Some have 800 numbers, and some want emails.
Sometimes the company wants the product returned so the
quality control department can see the problem and fix it.
If the rep. doesn't offer a prepaid way to return the product, ask for one.
They should pay the shipping if they want it returned.
