Here is a 3 ingredient recipe
Mom would make with the leftover chunks of the holiday ham.
It's great on bread or crackers!(or just by itself)
Ground Ham (grind it from leftover ham)
Mayonnaise (Mom uses Hellman's)
Pickle Relish(any brand)
Hard to give exact amounts of mayo and relish.
Mom likes a lot;me, not so much.
I put the ham in a bowl then start adding mayo and relish to taste.
Cover and chill, then taste again.
More mayo and/or relish may need to be added.
Keep refrigerated or freeze.
The ground ham can also be frozen to use at a later date,
just add the mayo and relish when defrosted.
