Since I'm behind on posting here are two tipz for today!
The first one is a storage tip from a loyal reader:
"Your idea for a yarn colander to hold separate strings got me to thinking about potato chips. I eat the Stackers brand which come in a solid plastic tube about a foot long. I use leftover tubes to hold various stuff; they are especially good for protecting expensive paint brushes.
So I don't know if this would work, but maybe if you drilled a hole in the bottom of the tube to run your yarn through, then you could stuff the ball or clump of the rest of the yarn in the tube as storage. Then you can duct tape several tubes together and build an entire wall of yarn storage with dangling threads."
The second is a Colorist tipz:
As you color your page, set the coloring utensils aside. Bind with a rubber band or keep in a small pencil box/tote. The next time you pick up your coloring, you won't have to try to remember which
colors you were using. I find there is always a small area to fill in that I missed, and I don't always remember the exact color I used.
