BIG AL's FRESH SALSA
3 cups Chopped Tomatoes (Seeds removed)
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Cup Diced onion--can substitute green onions
2 to 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/3 Cup Chopped Cucumber--Optional
1/4 Cup Minced Fresh Cilantro--or 1/2 teaspoon Dried Cilantro
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (Kosher Recommended)
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients in stainless steel bowl.
Best if refrigerated and allowed to chill overnight.
