Celebrate by making your favorite recipe!
My favorite way to make grilled cheese:
Two slices of potato bread slathered with mayo or butter.
Spread pimento cheese all over the unmayed side of one piece of bread.
Top with other slice--with mayo side out.
Grill in a Foreman type grill--if none available, use a non stick pan.
When toasty brown, remove and add dill pickles and sliced maters.
