Tuesday Tipz

(updatz on the M&M package delivery)

After four damaged package deliveries of various products,
it was time to let someone know how the packages
were being delivered.
After many phones calls to the store and to the delivery company,
we may have made some progress.
The replacement package of M&M's came 
wrapped in a Styrofoam container with a cold pack.
It was gently left on the front porch. All good for now. 

We all pay higher prices at stores if deliveries aren't 
right the first time. All consumers end up paying more 
to replace these products. The stores will just raise the 
prices, and delivery companies will just charge more. 

So take a minute to make that call, 
or even just to fill out the survey.
